OUR COMMITMENT TO MUSIC

The science of liquor aging is intricate and complex and affects the color, character, and flavor of a final product. The reverberations from bass notes in music (especially bass-heavy genres like EDM) causes the alcohol to move around in the barrel at a higher intensity, which causes increased friction with the oak and, in turn, produces more prominent vanilla and oak flavors.
